Can I point out carbs are not the devil. On a calorie controlled diet with a macro nutrient mix of 35% carbs 45% protein and 20% fat you will have a good mix allowing you to break down fat in your body and giving you the energy to do exercise etc which will maximise fat loss. The weight exercises we have discussed will ensure your body burns fat instead of muscle and the carbs will fuel the process of both.
