Have you ever wondered how to improve your conversation skills? Here is a couple of tips into what we really want to here and love talking about. Be sincere when using these tips. Firstly, find out what makes the other person enthusiastic about. listen carefully to them and ask them questions. Next compliment people. Every one likes a compliment. Do not use false compliments. People like to talk about themselves (as you will know) so ask them lots of questions. Stay in touch with the news and television shows. It is always a good conversation starter. I find all of these work really well. Try them out. Now, what makes your conversation flow?

Finding out what interest another person is really a great conversation starter. However, it shouldn't end there. Having a vast knowledge of different topics would also help in maintaining a good conversation. You never know when someone would ask you a trivia or two about something so simple. I doubt whether complimenting would maintain a good conversation. Sometimes, people just respond a short "thank you" to this or just smile. After that, it's back to a dull silence. So it's not really great to start or insert a compliment about someone, not unless you mean it.

yes that is all very good advice, I learnt a lot of this when I was trying to get over shyness, I was told to concentrate on the other person, nearly all people like talking about themselves and doing this until the responses builds your own confidence up and then conversation with others comes easy after awhile...
