Is it bad to have fruit for breakfast as fruits are acidic and when you have them on an empty stomach, will it harm you? I guess fruits like bananas and papaw are ok as they consist mostly of water, but fruits like oranges are abit acidic. Do you know if this is true?

I think, and I am sure it's true, fruits are very good for you at any time. No that I have discovered the benefits & virtues of Hemp Hearts, I have fresh fruit & yogurt sprinkled with Hemp Hearts.....a great source of protein, and guaranteed energy for the rest of the day. Cheers.

Hi, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Starting your day with fresh begining is not bad but vital for us. If you are tired and irritable in the morning, drink (blend and make your juice with your variety of fruits and drink it as soon as you get up. As you blood-sugar level rises, your spirits will also rise, and the world will look brighter. Follow it up with your protein not more than 20 grams, you can choose from the following: Fresh hard-boiled eggs, french omellete, cheese omelet, chipped beef, and enjoy a slice of whole wheat bread.Happy my lotting

Hi nilugo! I don't think that having fruits for breakfast
can be bad for you at all! People have orange and grapefruit
juice for breakfast all the time. And people eat fruit like
oranges, bananas, melons, strawberries, blueberries all
the time. I don't see any problem with that. I think that
they are quite healthy for you. People put them on top
of cereal or pancakes and sometimes just eat them in
a bowl. I really think they are quite good for you to
have for breakfast or any time.

I think that depends. I once read from the magazine it's not good to have banana in empty stomach for breakfast. But some fruits are the best choice for breakfast. It is said that fruit for breakfast will as valuable as gold I mean in nutrion aspect. For lunch is as silver, for dinner is as mental. That's to say eating fruit in the morning does the best in your health.
