Do Our Thoughts Effect Water

Who has seen "What the Bleep" and remembers how it was said that our thoughts change the molecular structure of water? This is a really interesting concept. It would explain a lot if it were true. I'm curious how many people believe this, too.

I have not watched the movie.But i have read that in ancient times,people could do such things.They mastered their mind.They had complete control over their mind to such an extent that they could do anything my just thinking.
