Would you get ready to defend your house?

Ok i was laying in bed tonight and one of my roommates came home tonight and i sleep up stairs so and i didnt hear him come in right away i heard noises down stairs and i yelled his name 3 times. So at this point i start to get in my protection mode right away and i start to go down stairs and i hear some wrestiling noises so i get even more into that defence mode.From past experiences that is what i do is get defencive right away don't ask ? just start beating them.

Well, maybe you should yell louder and if you get a answer then you know it is him. If not then it would be a intruder. Call police and go out of your window. As you said your on the second floor. Plus did you hear the door getting kick in or broken that would be a tell, tell sign. Make sure to lock doors. YOur friend onlydia

no i did not hear the door getting kicked in or broke and my doors were locked all i heard was noises down stairs. thanks for responding bigman

well were you saying that your roommate met with a mugger in your house, or that your roommate was messing up your house? anyway, you might need to fight to stop the troublemaker, depending on the situation. however, you should use peaceful methods if you could, and only resort to force when you can't(careful though, don't break anyone's bones or limbs cos that'll get you into trouble).

Thanks for your responce so quickly and my roommate was messing up the house and i thought that it was someone breaking in to my house i live in the getto and that type of thing happens all the time

I am ready to defend my home from bad elements. I have my baseball bat in my own room and in the living room so whoever intend to ransack my house will receive a very big blow on my bat. We also a button in the dining room that could create a loud noise so people will be aware that we're under attack. heheheh..^^,
