ARA Bux not allow me to change my Alert pay address..... =(

In ARA Bux, i been lost $1 due to the server been hack and their backup is not updated.... so, i lost my $1... now, i almost reach my minimum cashout and I thinking of rented referral from that site, then i reliaze that my alert pay address is wrong.... because when I first registered in Alert Pay, I don't know that i have to use my own email address, and i don't know how i get a email address which is domain.com..... so i though that is my alert pay address, when i reliase, I start changing all my PTC site address and I forgot to change the address in ARA Bux... and now, they didn't allow me to change my alert pay address because i can't provide them the screenshot of my previous address... but since the previous address is an invalid address, what can I do on it? how i get the screenshot? Anyone can help or teach me on that? Thanks a lots...
