how to split the jackpot money?

my brother and i liked playing the lottery together.we have an agreement,if we have a winning ticket,we will split the jackpot evenly.last night,he called me and told me that we hit the jackpot,which is 1 millon yuan.But today he called me again.He said the winning ticket is not we bought together,his wife and he bought it,so he was not going to split the money with me.I was rather angery.i feel betrayed by my brother and feel hurt.Shall I sue my brother?

you should be put in prison. you are willing to sue your brother for the off chance you get any of it and totally wreck your relationship with him... you are willing to send him off to jail for money???
how do you really know that it is NOT a different ticket? seriously now... have a little bit of faith in the man he is your brother. if you bought the ticket together you ought to know the numbers so find out what the winning numbers are and that would be your answer if it is the same ticket or another one.

Doing so will not do anything but wreck what relationship you two do have. What goes around comes around. Sending him to prison is just something you are saying in anger... take some time and calm down because you won't be any better than him if you do such a thing. Besides there was no written agreement or anything so you don't have anything that would make what you say legit in court. Do as another poster recommended that now on who ever buys the shared ticket tells the other about the numbers... i won't blame you if you don't do that though.
