why is it dangerous to squeeze pimples?

Yes it it absolutely true that one should not squeeze and should not even touch as our hands and nails contains germs.Everyone should keep their hands and nails clean and as far as possible cut your nails at proper time.The best thing to manage pimples or acne is to wash your face thrice a day with cold water,have good diet of green leafy vegetables,pulses and fruits etc drink plenty of warm water and last but not the least do some yoga and exercises.also never take any kind of stress and stop thinking of pimples have some positive attitude.I know it will definitely works.

Thank you for your kind advice here. I believes it will be useful for many of us here. Here I want to add another advice that I heard from one of the friends. He said, if we squeeze the pimples especially with our hands, it will become more after that. That is because, or hands may not be hygiene and contained some bacteria or virus, so when the pimples "explodes" part of our hands especially fingers will touch the pimples so the bacteria will be transmitted. I'm not sure whether this advice is true or not as it not comes with the strong medical supporting doucment. Just a word from friend to friend only ; )

Hi there Grace! You're right. I also believe that it is not advisable to squeeze your pimples because they may leave scars.
