does anyone have any idea about how to transition from home school to regular school?
we are considering home schooling our child from nursery to grade 4. we would like him to join regular school after that, when he is old enough and grounded enough with christian principles before he goes to regular school.
but what is the process? or even if our child finishes high school through home schooling, what is the process of going to college? have you experienced this?
please share your insights as we really need as much information as we can about home schooling. and we would like first hand information that you can offer to help us in making this life changing decision for us and for our child. please share your experiences here.
take care all and God bless you!

I would say that you would have to be sure to always have interactions for your child with other children. My daughter home schools her son. She belongs to a group of other Mothers who do the same. They all meet once a week so that the children can play together. She also has him in soccer (some countries call it football) so that he can interact with other children. He is only 3 but, he seems to be enjoying soccer very much.

I homeschooled my 2 older kids until the 5th grade and they did all right when I placed them in public school. They adjusted great. I was really surprised. They jumped right in and my son played football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and my daughter just graduated high school and is now in college. My son is now 15 and a freshman and wanted to home school again , but I am also wondering what to do about going from homeschool to college?? I will be watching this to see if any one has any tips on that.
