Emoticons in myLot / myLot

Hey, I know this might seem a stupid question to some.... but, how do you insert emoticons in your posts? In YM, :) automatically translates to a smiley face. How do you do it on this site? Thanks! :)

Hi slash23! Welcom to myLot! Yeah, I had the same problem when I was new here. Gladly, I have a friend who started out earlier than me here in myLot so I was guided by her. Well, myLot is not the same as emoticons in YM. You can only use the icons here in myLot if you reach your 200th post. Since you're just new here, you have to work for it. Just enjoy yourself here and respond to a lot of discussions under your own interests then you'll notice that that you have already reached your 200th post! Good luck to you. I'm looking forward of having this feature. This would be very exciting because emotions of the correspondent would be visually seen here. Are there animation feature that could be added to our entries. I think that would be very exciting!!!

Hi slash if you reach 200th posts here then the mylot gives you the mylot code on the left side of which you are typing. keep posting
