voting?

well here I am to let you all know that this is thefirst year that I have ever voted and wouldn't you kow that when I went out to get into the car I fell and broke my right ankle I hobbled into the voting place but I got wheeledchair back out and now I am in a fracture boot,guess I was not suppose to vote HA HA but I voted for Obama who did you vote for?

Oh wow, I'm sorry to here that you broke your ankle. At least you got to the polling booth and made your vote count! Sadly, for me I won't 18 until a couple of months, so I won't get to participate and this election. I'll have to wait another four years to vote in a presidential election.

thank you your responce I hve not voted before in my life and I am so honored to for say that my vote counted because as an ameican citizen we got the best canidate for the president thank all of you that voted for Barrack Obama WE DID IT

I'm so glad that you posted this discussion, it gives me more inspiration to get out and vote myself. I'm having a hard time getting motivated since me and my son are both sick... but if you can do it so can we. Obama 08!!! Yay!

no thank you for voting for obama he is our president elect but as for my foot ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!! but is doing a little better now

Sorry about your foot. I hope you are doing better and am not in too much discomfort. I voted for the other guy. But that is a funny story, in a way. Next time, drive the power chair to the polling place and go cruising right in to cast your vote. Take care.

I am SO sorry that you broke your ankle! :( I sprained my ankle once a long time ago and that was painful enough! :( I can't even imagine actually breaking it! :( I am glad that you were still able to vote! :) I bet you were a sight getting wheelchaired out! I hope that you recover and heal soon!
