do you accept trade in? what i mean is paypal credit to moneybooker credit? i have problem i can't withdraw my money to my moneybooker account because it lacks a 30 cents to withraw the minimum amount of $10. unfortunately i also have money in my paypal account but i can't also withdraw it because i don't have credit card or debit card, i think that if i can exchange my money in paypal or moneybooker credit i can withdraw my money.
