I am currently working in Customer Service and my boss is a complete jerk. He makes me feel like I'm in boot camp! He stands over us, and if we ask him for help he says "find the answer yourself or ask one of your co-workers." If he's standing there he should help. Even if he doesn't give us the answer he should point us in the right direction. That would save us Reps time as well as the customers on the phone. I will admit sometimes the wrong information is given out and that's fair to the customers! I can't wait to quit!!! I will as soon as my part-time home venture takes off the way I plan for it to! I finally feel positive about an online business. I'm glad my friend introduced me to a lucrative business that I could start for free. I can see myself quitting my job in six months or less. If anyone wants come along for the ride and start something together let me know. I have training material and we can build a strong team together!
