Crew Bux is no longer paying Standard Members

I just found out today, Crew bux is no longer paying their standard members. You cannot find this information anywhere on their website including the front page. You can only find the changes on TOS. If you are standard members, you need to upgrade it to get paid. For standard members who already submit your payment request, forget it, all have been deleted. That's the reason why many members were loosing their request on history. What do you think about Crew Bux? Are they planning to go on holiday soon and never come back or what? Many PTC are using this trick to get away from heavy payouts. Can we say this site as a scam? My personal opinion, I can call them a scam because they didn't inform their members and didn't place any warning on their front page. If you are not checking the TOS with small letters, you won't find this new rule. So many new members will be referred to this site and clicking the ads for hours, days, months. When they reach minimum, they found out they cannot request payout unless you pay $39 first. I believe, this site has save a lot of money by changing the rules. Can you guess, how many standard members they have? I'm sure many standard members already reach $10 or more. It just simply deleting a big pile of payout and save the happy day for the owner. How many standard members in MyLOt? Are you going to pay this guy for $35 to get your money in there?
