What do you do in halloween ?

Halloween is a interesting day both in china and other countries.So what do you do in that day ? Do you trick or treat ? As i konw ,in china people believe that ghost exists in our world .So each year in Nov. the third ,older people with their children will go to the temple to pray good luck ,much money and everyhing good to them including if one person is ill ,but that's no way can cure it to doctors ,then older people will take he or she to the temple to pray for good health and take a strange medicine.At last miracle comes ,he is healthy again .This can not be explained by science ,so it's so puzzle .And will you do such things and do you believe it ?
