Who should take charge of Family Finance ?

All of us managing households during these challenging ecomomic times. i manage the finances in our household, and i can appreciate the time and thought it takes to make sure your finances are in order. its even more important when you have family and kids to plan for. i am not expert at it but i could do beter if i had more time sit down with my wife to think about it. what about you?
