Hello, If a woman is staring back at you that is a good sign that she might like you to approach her. If this happens give her a little smile and see how she responds. If she turn away she may not be interested. If she smiles back she may be interested. Woman like men who are confident but not over-confident (no cheap pick-up lines..). Some woman do like the shy type. But either way it is best just to have confidence in yourself and "be yourself". You will never know if you don't approach her. Just be polite when you do, say hello, how are you? and make small talk.. watch her responses. Her responses will either encourage you or discourage you. I had a gentleman approach me once and came up to me smiling (confident) and telling me how familiar I looked..etc..(making small talk). We became good friends, but he tells later that I did not look familiar, and that he just needed a reason to speak to me. I told him I noticed him too and was waiting for him to approach!:)
