I have ended my subscription to smartbro and I feel happy

Hello guys, I am now in a cafe because I cannot access mylot at home until I will have the dsl connection. I wrote a letter to terminate service yesterday and I think they immediately give a response to my letter since as of today I can't access the internet. I feel relieved because I am no more tied to their service which I was never satisfied of. I have lots of issues with their service. Whenever I open my pc late around 10, I have to wait for 10 min minimum but sometimes my waiting would reach to an hour. and it is kinda irritating. I used to switch on my computer everyday, and if I have to use it at night I have to stay the computer on from morning till night or else I will have to wait or worse failed to connect. I will be back in a couple of days and hopeful to be active again.
