Do you prefer Skype over Yahoo messenger? / myLot

I like Yahoo messenger, it is the cheapest way of making video calls abroad, its free and very amusing to use, especially when you chat with a friend and have to use the audibles and emoticons. Skype on the other hand make better quality phonecalls, with almost the same features as YM, but only a few of my friend use it. Its hard to choose. How about you, what is your choice?

Yahoo Messenger is much more popular, so I'd have to go with that. Although, I do prefer Skype over it.=( I absolutely detest the Mac version of YM and uninstalled it almost immediately after download.=P Basically, MSN + Skype is the way to go. (h) [aMSN + Skype for Mac users.] ;)

I don't have a mac so i dont use Mac OS, i havent tried that yet. The only proble with skype is that it is not commonly used by my friends, i have no one to chat with or call using skype, only some clients and suppliers use it. So it makes me prefer YM

I like Skype more than Yahoo Messenger because Skype is having a far mor better quality in Video and Audio calls than Yahoo Messenger.
