watching a football game

Last saturday, my husband and I went out to watch a football game between The Shenhua from Shang Hai and Zhongxin Chanba from Shaanxi province. They are two top teams in china, we expected to enjoy a drastic competition, but more than we expected, some ugly things happened as usual, and the score in this game was 4-1 and the Shenhua won. All of fans were so disappointed that they were out of control---they not only threw a bottle of water at the other side but also blocked traffic. They were crazy badly. From this event, why cannot such "ugly football gate" be forbidden? why do they want to deeply hurt our fans? what's about your viewpoints?
