I think people don't understand what health means. Some people think that if you work out you are healthy. Some people do not know that the diet has to change in order to be healthy. You can work out all you want, but if you are still eating sugar, cheese, dairy products, white flower, white rice and so on and so on. You're still unhealthy and all the diseases common still apply to you. I find my self-discussing this with my family, they just dont get it. When will people get that the food we eat is killing us? Yes it tastes good but would that taste last a lifetime. Cancer or any other disease is not worth it. I will like to read your replies on this I dont know maybe it's just me

I agree with you that if someone wants to be healthy that person must watch what he/she is eating. In order to stay healthy we should always have a balance of diet. Too little or too much eating of certain kinds of food is bad for our health for it can cause us sickness.Lack of foods containing vitamin A like squash and carrots can cause poor vision. Too much eating of foods rich in sugar can cause diabetes.
In order to avoid the different kind of sickness, we should be careful in what we are eating. There must be a balance always and we must know how to control ourself in eating foods that contains too much cholesterol. Although we tend to always eat the foods we want but must take into consideration what will be the effects of too much eating of those.
