This is focussed at our lady mylotters, and apologies in advance if the subject upsets anyone, but that is not my intention. Over the past few months I have heard all my female friends comment on the always ultra adds on the television right now. The same comment seems to come out all the time, and is getting on my nerves. The statement that is mentioned in the add is "always Ultra, have a happy period", now can anyone please tell me, what the hell is a happy period? I have asked all my lady friends and still it only seems to anger them, so if anyone can explain this please let me know, I have also written just last week to "ALWAYS" and asked them for further information on how to have a happy period, perhaps I could feed some of your comments back to them as well, or even refer them to this post. So lets hear how you feel about this Thanks in advance

lol! i wonder what the hell a "happy period" is too whenever that stupid commercial comes on! personally i think a happy period is NO period, but not much i can do about that for a number of years more. it also annoys me when the commercials have the pad as a "roller coaster" and stuff like that. i get what they are trying to imply, but its still annoying. you know something funny is that when we first started hearing the "happy period" tag line from Always..both my 13yr old girl AND my father got this confused look on their face and mumbled something about "whats a happy period?" LMAO!! by the way..if Always reponse..let us know how to go about a happy period ok?

]those adverts are nearly as anooying as the old "Woah Bodyform" ones that assumed that as long as you were using their brand of pads you'd be off having fun rollerskating in white trousers while on your period.
