i am bent on breastfeeding

even while i was not pregnant yet, there is no doubt in my mind that i will breastfeed my child. and the more that the delivery date is nearing, the more i am excited to breast feed. aside from listening to advices, i read books and other materials on how best to breastfeed my baby. i am psyching myself up, and i guess it helps really in the production of milk. much of what happens to our bodies, our minds control them. so i think it helps that i have already decided in my heart and mind that i will breastfeed my baby. i work, but mostly at home, so it is convenient for me. and whenever i go out, i think i can leave milk for the baby so that whoever will care for him will just have to thaw out the milk. so the baby will still drink breast milk. aside from the nutritional value, i think it is bonding time for baby and me. what about you? what are your thoughts on breastfeeding? take care all and God bless you!
