As the world economy's worsen,the cost of houses goes down the same time.I think this is a good chance to buy ideal houses with less money.How about you? Will you buy houses now with your savings?

If I have money I will definitely by a house and lot or even a lot or a piece of land will do as an investment. I know that the economy is getting worst but the price of lot or land here in our country is appreciating rapidly depending on the location.

If I have a lot of money. I will buy many houses for investing even nowadays. You know, economy getting worst,money will decrease value. If you have house, This is fix assets,It can more keep its value than money.

I would. Buying a house is definitly the best investment. If you live inside you don't have to pay any rent, otherwise you rent it yourself and it generates an income. If you ever need that money again, you just sell it, and it will be at least at the price you bought it. Great idea!
