I've been getting alot of information about cute baby contests so I thnk I am going to enter my son into some. Even though most people say he is way to pretty to be a boy but I am going to try it out and see....what do you think/

Hi, even though I am a mom to be now I have ideas to post my baby's photos in sites that call for a contest. This would be just for an exposures sake. I like my baby to be seen by others. Now I feel happy when I see babies photos and me and my husband keep dreaming of our baby to arrive. So it not bad, if our kid could make someone happy by just it's looks.
I am against straining babies which may be of any sort. Like altering their sleeping times, eating times, asking them to fit into some costumes, troubling them to pose and so on. Photos and shots should be taken naturally and if so I agree and support babies entering contests.

I agree with you to I would never alter anything like that his is naturally photogenic. When you get the camera out his eyes light up its actually really cute but all pictures are taken in a natural setting where he's playing or whatever so yea I agree I don't think it's fair to change their life for a photo contest but I dont believe in pagents either i think that is something the child should be able to decide if they want to do or not.

Hi, good decision. As well nice to hear that your son is photogenic. If interested, share his snaps with we myLotters. I would be more than happy admiring your son. The magnetic eyes and innocent smiles could do wonders in many person's lives. Hope your son too works miracle in peoples lives. The reason I say this is because, there are a lot of friends of mine who jus start their day looking at a photo of kids and babies. These kids make their day cheerful and act as enery boosters as times of stress.
Best wishes for your babies photo contest. Happy myLotting.

I mean what can it hurt? It would be nice to have money for his college already in the bank when he gets old enough. I know my parents couldnt afford to do that for me so I am trying my best to be able to afford that for him. Its hard though being a single mom and trying to raise him as well as go to school and take care of him alone.

When DD was born in May, my mother begged me to let her do pagents and contests. I really am against the idea of beauty pagents and the like, so when she grows up, if that's what she wants to do, then she can do it. My DH and I will not force her to do it against her will. It drives me nuts to see these poor kids shoved into something they don't want to do all because mommy and daddy want them to do it.

Yea I don't believe in pagents or things like that myself but these are for college scholarships and for magazine contests its nothing like a pagent at all or my son wouldnt have anything to do with it. He's almost 2 and I've heard that he's way cuter the the gerber baby lol. So I am enetering him into phote contests. never a pagent.
