Do you prefer to watch movies alone?

I really prefer watching them alone, then talking about them with other people later. Having people in the room with me when I'm watchng a movie just makes me nervous, I like to focus totally on the movie and hate the feeling that the other people are in the way. LOL I don't know if that makes sense. In a theater it doesn't bother me so much, luckily the theaters I go to usually have quiet audiences.

If its a movie I've never seen before I prefer to watch it alone the first time so I'm not disturbed..but if I have seen it before OR am not that big on seeing it then I odnt mind watch with others....well depending on who it is LOL I know some ppl who will just yammer through the entire flick and that drives me freaky batty

Most of the time I will like to watch movies with my wife or friends and especially if it is at a movie theatre; but occasionally I do like to watch them by myself as well. The more intense movies are definitely better to watch alone for the same reasons you have stated. If someone keeps on talking then we can miss crucial parts and have no idea at all what's going on! But it can be a lot of fun with others too and especially if it is a scary or funny movie because the talking and laughing is not really going to ruin anything in movies like these.

Sometimes I will watch a movie alone, but mostly I like to watch them with my family. We do sometimes talk during it and miss a few lines, but I don't mind. I like discussing the movie at the end with everybody else. That's almost as enjoyable as watching it!

I don't like watching movies alone. If I'm watching a movie with another person, I actually pay attention. If I'm watching a movie alone, I'm always on the computer or doing something else.

I like to watch movies with my friends or my classmates.I feel happier when I watch movies with someone and the movie seems to be more interesting!

Sometimes I like to enjoy a moive by myself but I also like watching movies with my family. There are some movies my husband doesn't like though so I will watch those by myself when the kids are not old enough to watch them with me.
