Do you use the Facebook pages tool? I've tried it out and it seems great except for the blog import feature which just imports all the posts each time. That doesn't seem to make sense to me. I think it should just import the new ones. I don't know if I set it up improperly or not, but I don't think that I did. Anyone here has a lot of experience working with Facebook pages?
