Do you look at a sites layout before joining?

I sure have been lately. I work on alot of gpt and ptc sites, which is how I earn my extra cash as a full time stay at home mom. I've noticed while joining sites alot of sites have way too many ads, it gets to be too much for me, a little annoying I guess, lol. I've noticed alot of ptc sites like that. Banners on the top, sides, all over the page it gets confusing and I don't even want to click on any ads anymore. So now I won't join a site if I see ads all over the place. I can understand a site that wants to help others advertise but I'd rather choose a site where the layout is clean, and just has the ptc section with ads, maybe one add at the top and a few on the side of the page, not where banners are literally covering up most of the websites layout. What about you, do you join sites like that, or does it really matter to you?
