Why are you here in Mylot?

Yeah, I think we're the same. I love being here in mylot. Only at times I get frustrated for not being to express myself through writing. I also come here to ask questions, to ask other people's opinion about something since I don't have "friends" right now, everybody seems very busy right now. The thought of leaving mylot makes me so sad. It's a great opportunity, like you said, to meet different kinds of people of different personalities that share the same interests. I got banned on the other site but I fought for it. Fortunately, I'll be able to get it back. I also fell in love with that site since it's like myLot, and I've already gained some good friends there. Thanks, mapi ^^v

I see. So you're working full time. I also didn't have the time to join forums before when I was working. Right now, since I have to earn while looking after our daughter, I look for home-based jobs or any online gigs that may help me earn even small amounts. Yeah, it's in Ciao.com that I got banned. oh yes it's worth keeping with both the site & the people here. it's good to hear that you were able to manage to get your other account back. i usually stay with one forum site coz as of now i still can't manage 2 or more accounts... i think i have seen your other discussion with the one you're tellign about, it's ciao right? anyway i'm opening mylot here in the office & usually would browse it when i'm not busy & when i'm at home open it when i'm still not sleepy which is one reason why i can't handle more than 1 forum account. coz i spend quality time with my hubby during days off. i do hope i'll be able to manage it soon. i'm still checking out other mylotters feedback with reagrds to trusted sites. if i have time i'll try to check out ciao.

Really? Is she the one in your Avatar? She's so cute and seems a very bright kid. When did you give birth? Is she your first kid? ^^v Yeah, myLot is my stress reliever also. Even though I joined other sites, I still keep on coming back here in myLot.

Yes, she is my lovely daughter and Thank you for telling me that she is beautiful and your daughter also cute in her picture and my wife deliver her last may 10th of 2008 and she is a premature by birth.....What about you when is the specific date you deliver her?

I am the exact same way. I am very shy and wary of people. I don't like to go out and be sociable and party. I enjoy being alone. And myLot is a good way to communicate with the outside world. I have interests and thoughts and opinions but I am not good at speaking and talking about them. I get tongue tied and nervous because I feel that people are watching me and judging me. It is SO much easier to speak my mind on myLot. :) I get to think about what I am writing and then proofread before hitting "Submit" to make SURE that I have said exactly what I wanted to say exactly how I wanted to say it. It is just much easier for me this way. I am glad to see that there are other people here who feel the same way that I do. :)

I also take comfort in the fact that there are other people here who feel the same way as I do! I can express myself, I find it far easier to do this in writing than speaking and you are not judged as much this way than you are when you are in social situations.

Yes, it is good to be around people who understand this! :) I have always been better able to express myself in writing than by speaking. And, I have also definitely NEVER felt judged here! Social situations are just awkward! (: Thank you for your reply and for understanding! :)

Yeah, that's what keeps me on coming back, royalgens. I also made new friends not only fellow countrymen, but from different countries and cultures as well. It's so nice to be heard and recognized as a person, people chatting with you, giving their opinion, sharing points of views and everything. This is the only site that I keep coming back to although I think it pays lower than other sites. Thanks, ^^v

Aw.. (/me blushes) Yeah, that's my first motive too as far as I can remember. I've read from a thread somewhere that it's fun here in myLot and she had posted a lot of discussions already, and she earns from it. Although I joined last year, I only became active this September 2008. ^^v Yeah, I've found out already why I got banned in Ciao. Luckily it's only temporary suspension since they're reviewing my "reviews". It's funny though why I got banned, very ironic. I posted my boyfriend's poem on the "Love" section. They say it should be my own writing. Then I thought it's a review site. So I "reviewed" boyfriend's poem haha! It's considered plagiarism, they say. But it's all good now. I'll be getting back my account next week, hopefully. Thanks, SaintAnne. ^^v

Yes, you're absolutely right, sankata! You can not earn real quick here in myLot financially. But you can gain a lot emotionally, spiritually, and socially. I like talking with other people and sharing different views. It's really hard for me to say goodbye for such a lovely site even though I won't be getting paid this month, since I'm way too far from the minimum payout. ^^v
