Do you believe that not only what we eat, but also what we put on our body's such as shampoo, lotion, soaps, toothpaste, laundry detergent, etc. Can contribute to our overall heath?

Yes - I have severe eczema at times and even went gluten free for two months to see if that changed anything. Too bad the only thing that helps my eczema is prednisone and it leaves a weight gain behind.
I have tried calendula cream and eucerin creams and promise makes something for removing redness on face.
I have never used dryer sheets, bleach or softener and stopped using detergent on my towels and bedding. I only use the trader joes or All free detergents and read ingredients on everything.
Reason I hate online and tv shopping since they do not list ingredients so I get on mailing lists to get samples to read what they use.
There is a group called safe cosmetics that tells you which ones to use and also there are some books on the subject. I just ordered from amazon yesterday the one called - what you dont know may be killing you.
Good topic for a discussion. I have reviewed products on my site:

That is great that you are aware and are looking for relief. I know the feeling. 2 years ago my son was sick with Asthma and I would have tried anything to relieve his symptoms! Today he is healthy and well! If you would like to talk about this further you can email me at safer4yourhome@gmail.com or workathomemomma@gmail.com I can tell you about some safer products I have found that have really been wonderful for people with Eczema and how you can get $100 in free products with a promotion this month! Yes. Everything we put in or on our bodies affects how we feel.

Yes I sure do. When I switched to natural cleaning products, the entire household's health improved. I was amazed. Although I must say I was relieved to not need bleach anymore. It made me incredibly sick.

Yes. Not only I believe that other products we use on our body has direct and indirect impact on health. Take for example, favour acress Merlyn Manroe slow poisoned herself with the excessive use of shampoo. I remembered to have read this elsewhere. Many laundry detergent create skin problem when you go for handwash. First of all, all these items have chemicals some of which are allergic to human body.
