What is the Unresolved discussion

May I know what is the Unresolved discussion that have in our MyLot's discussion page? I know that's all listed there is the discussion that we start. How to make it be "resolved"? I thought by giving the best response mark to any response there, but looks like it couldn't work. Can someone here help to clear the dark cloud that surrounding me regarding this matter. Thanks in advance

the discussions which you have started and the ones which you have not selected as the best response, select the best response in each discussion!! it's gooood

Thanks.Just now I already marked the best response from several discussion that I start. Did it take some time for the discussion to be removed from the list of unresolved?
