Hello dear myLotters. I have not lived in another country before. But, I have traveled to many countries in different parts of the world. Very fascinating. I would certainly be very happy to live in some of the countries I have been to. Have you lived in another country before ? Were you happy there ?

I haven't lived in another country before, too. And I haven't been to other countries for trip, too. I have nearly lived in my city all the time since I was born. Although I have hardly been to other places, in my heart there are many beautiful places. I like mountains. I often climb up. It is also enjoyable.

No I haven't lived in another country before. It would be nice in a way because we get the chance to experience how the other side lives. But to move frequently from one place to another, that's not me. You lose track of all your friends and your relationship with your family will not be close. I have done quite a bit of travelling though and I enjoyed seeing new places and meeting new peoples. To experience their different cultures and food were great too. My next trip planned next year will be to China or Hong Kong..

Hi there! I am not so interested in traveling so I don't get to visit many places. Though I like to hear how beautiful and interesting other places are but I don't know why I don't like to travel. Maybe its because I hate long hours sitting and waiting to get to my destination. I'd probably not live in any other country. I might not be able to stand living away from my family and relatives. I will be most happy when I am with my family. Ciao!

I live in Australia now but I grew up in Italy until the age of 10. I was happy there because I didn't know any different. I remember coming to Australia and feeling very lonely and scared because I could not speak English yet and everything was very different from my home town Savona in Northern Italy. I had to make so many adjustments and the major one was learning the language. It's funny because now English is my first language;I think and dream in English! The school system is very different here from Italy and that sure took getting used to! I was never much good at sports because in Italy they didn't have sport as part of the curriculum. I survived it all, traumatic as it was, and now I love Australia and would not ever live anywhere else.

Hello, dear Greenline! I wish i could have experienced that. I would love to have the chance to live in another country even just for a short time. I am fascinated by the thought of being able to go and travel to some European countries. You are lucky to have the chance of traveling to different countries. Surely, it would be a great experience. Can i ask which country fascinates you most?

I am like you. I too have visited many other countries but not lived in them. I am happy living in the United States. My oldest sister and her family lived in Canada for a while when her husband's job took them up there. It was a lovely area they lived in right close to Lake Ontario. Their house was charming. I only visited them twice before they moved back to the US.
