Does Oprah narrate all the books from her book club? I thought that was kind of interesting that she read "White Oleander". I never even knew she did reading professionally like that.
Normally, if I see a book is on Oprah's book club I don't read it since I figure I am nothing like her so why would I like the books she does. But I have to admit, White Oleander was pretty good. At first I was bored, but it quickly got interesting.
Has anyone else read White Oleander or other books on Oprah's book club?

Yes, I already read that book a long time ago when I was still young. The book for me was an eye opening to the real world, because at that time I wasn't exposed to the real world yet,so for it was really something that caught my interest. And also I love reading books from oprah's book club, right now what I'm reading is "the poisonwood bible"by Barbara Kingslover. The book is a story told by wife and four daughters of Nathan Price, an evangelical baptist who takes his family and mission to the Belgian Congo in 1959.
