What was the most hated subject that you encounter in school?

For me, I remember the most hated subject that I encountered in school was Moral Studies! I couldn't even believe such a subject actually got approved by the Education Board, and worse of all, there was a public exam for it before we left secondary school! For this subject, we were supposed to memorize 16 core values and apply them into different situations; exam questions were case-based question where we had to use those values we learnt and apply it to context. What irritates me most about this subject is that, we had to remember the definition of each value WORD FOR WORD, and any slight deviation or error in wording when explaining the definition of the value we use in the exam will be penalized, and we get zero marks for that question! How stupid and silly is that?! And the Education Board claims that this subject will help foster greater values among school students; honestly, I don't think memorizing the definitions of values are going to change our attitudes in any way. Besides, a student who gets an A for Moral Studies isn't necessarily better bahaving than someone who gets an F, does it? So that brings me to the conclusion, Moral Studies is useful, but with exams coupled with it, the whole concept becomes useless.....

I always was never very good at math! i struggled with it all through school. I still am not very good with it.

My most hated subject is Additional Mathematics. I have been hating this subject since I first learned it when I was in Form 4 of secondary school. I can never understand the concept of Add Maths. I tried to sit with a tutor in front of me explaining in details, but still I couldn't get it. I gave up after that and didn't study at all for the final Add Maths paper. And because of that, of course I got an 'F' for the subject. Until now I am afraid of this subject because I don't understand a thing from it.

The subject I hate most is Arts. I also didn't like English. I don't have any inclination to the Arts. I do not know how to draw, sing, and dance. Although I love to read, I did not like to write in English. I also don't like the colonial mentality of Filipinos that gives much value to the English language.

The subjects I hated the most were math and sciences, the natural sciences anyway. For some reason, I just couldn't stand those courses.

my most hated subject all my life is chemistry. i really don't like solving chemical equations and do some activities as well. i am just thankful that i will never encounter another chemistry subject now because i already succeeded with that subject last semester. Thank God i passed!
