First National Bank of Omaha! Please Help! I'm Scared!

I am a long time customer of First National Bank of Omaha and I went over my credit once in April and they agreed to keep my promotion at 3.99% for life on balance transfers and 9.99% for purchases but recently I accidentally went over again and they wont do anything for me. The guy just said that we have to wait until the closing date to see if it will affect my promotion or not. I have a $7,000 limit and I want to know if I have paid to bring it under my limit again before the closing date will I get kicked out of the promotion? It's so hard to speak with the company beacause they are very rude people! I tried to apply for credit cards today to do a balance transfer but I can't get approved...:( Please Help! I have never been late on a payment and I am always making payments to them and I don't understand why they wont help me! and it is very hard for me to get approved for another credit card right now! I'm really scared! I can't afford to pay 40% of a $7,000 limit! does anyone know what my monthly payments would come out to if I'm paying $138 right now for it? I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME! I AM SOOO SCARED! It's not cool for a college student to get stuck in this mess when you can't really work...:( I should've paid for the card on monday!! I forgot..:(
