faced some problem at ciao. please help?

yesterday i requested for my payout at ciao. today i saw that the requested amount has been deducted from my account balance but still it has not been credited to my paypal account. so where has all the money gone. will i get them back or not. well this has been giving me jitters since the morning. please help me!

Ciao is paying at the second week of the month. They accepted your request for pay out.Now the pay out will be in the second week of next month.If you requested the payment in November, your payment will be in the second week of December.So it is better to wait till the end of a month and request is better.

you didn't get me. i have already requested the payment. and now the amount has been deducted but i havent received it over paypal. i know i'll get this month's payment in december. but where did the money go??

That's no problem.
Your pay on Ciao is a monthly pay, and they do the payouts the second week of each month, so don't worry, earn more and then you can request more money. :)

well still then i have a doubt. suppose i get to reach a payout and request that. and in the same month itself i reach another payout can i request that again? or that amount will remain in the account and will be deducted for the payout in the following month.

Hi dear,
As far as my knowledge is concerned i think you have to wait for 2 business working daus for this type of transactions to get updated.And even if you din't got it done then you can write a mail to paypal support giving complete information with time and date.If your money is really transfered then they will update it immediately.If not they do guide with some tips.It's better that you first go through the FAQ's of paypal and ciao there you may find any information related with the time to tyransfer the fund into your account.Don'r worry cheer up. just check you account details in ciao weather you entered correct id or not before sending any mail to support department of ciao or paypal.All the best..
