Need your opinion on this,,, guys

Hello, It's good to be back here. Anyway, Just want to ask your opinions on certain things. What do you think is the most needed services that most calling cards company don't offer? Well me, i hate the lowest rate promo then the hidden charges that pops up and will surprise me...and everything like that. What is really something that will make one company stand out from the rest... regardless if it is new?

Welcome back. I use a calling card. I hate it when the calls do not actually go through to someone and we still get charged the minute for and answering service to pick up.

I don't use a calling card but I think that if they offered the first minute free, people would like that. When someone calls and an answering machine picks up, you get charged for that. If the first minute was free you could just hang up and not be charged. Also no hidden charges, be up front with the cost of the calls.

Since I don't have long distance I have to use calling cards. I also hate some of the surcharges they have also if you use a payphone they charge more which I think is unnecessary. I think they should change that.

No hidden charges and low interest rate and they can stop doing the interest every month I will never get out of it this way lol

I don't use calling cards mainly because of all we hear about them hidden fees ... I agree with the other mylotters the 1st minute free would be great to make up for all those "missed " calls I use VoIP which I love and I think it is very cheap and you can call worldwide
