I dont take vitamins, i rather get the vitamins on the food i eat , like the green leafy vegetables, carrots, banana, apple, pineapple, fish, meat, and many more. Natural way is still the best way to get the vitamins needed by the body. Happy posting.

I'm taking Fern C, Malunggay capsule, and Virgin coconut oil daily. My hubby does the same and so far our health have been excellent. I think people should really take vitamin supplements especially those whose diet lack the necessary nutrition.

I take a tablet with many vitamins in it already. During stressful days, I take Vitamin C to help boost my immune system. Since I've also a knee condition that needs Calcium, I take Calcium in the morning before going out of the house so that when I'm already outside, the sun activates my body's Vitamin D that's needed for Calcium absorption. During weekends or days off, I don't take them to give my liver and kidneys some break.

I try to eat as much lentils, chick peas and tofu (those foods are rich in iron) and since iron is what vegetarians lack, it is really good. You can buy lentil and chickpea patties in supermarkets everywhere now, so it's really easy...plus they taste great! Tofu im not actually a big fan of, but if you like it, its also a great food to eat. I also take an iron tablet each day, to keep my irons levels up. As i allready have low iron levels, not eating meat is a disaster, but with the right foods and vitamins, i learnt to keep it under control. Happy myLotting
