hi firends- I am maintaing a blog and I want convert into website at free of cost at free of coast. some compnaiens are providing this service like Goolge sites. Tell me more about this.

You could find a Blogger theme or template that looks like a website.
Then remove the "archive", "comment", "old posts", "about me", and other blog widgets.
And it'll be just like a website!
