Manufactured home/land owners and refinancing

Have you tried recently to do a refinance on your property to only find a hassle more time consuming then the original purchase was. Seems like insurance companies are not the only ones trying to get out from handling these types of properties. Now the banks are too. I have been in the process for going on four months. My thoughts are it would have been easier just to sell it and buy another home. Seems banks don't mind the purchasing but dont want to do refinancing these days.
