hot shower is best! you can relax and have a good sleep at night... but single men or those u want to bear child should not endulge their self on hot shower / hot tub... complications may affect in your reproductive system.

I love hot showers but i dont mind if i get really hot to turn the heat down and let it get colder and refresh me. Especially when i have been sunbathing and boiling hot as it is, so refreshing.

I like a nice hot shower with the kind of shower head that gives a massage too. If my muscles are really overworked from working or exercising too hard, I prefer a nice hot bubble bath!
