My 7 year old does he get very excited about Santa coming but he has started to question it a bit so i think that this could be the last year of him believing in him. On Christmas eve we will put up the Santa tracker on the internet and he loves to check where Santa is in the world. It makes it seem more real and exciting for him.
My 2 and half year old will ask who it is if he sees Santa on the telly or in a picture. But he doesn't yet understand that Santa brings him presents.

I don't have kids, but my husband does. His kids were raised knowing the legend of Santa, but never literally believeing in him. Of course there were presents, but they were done to celebrate the legend of kindness, not because they literally wanted the kids to think there was a centuries old man coming to the house every Christmas eve.

My son is almost 4 and last year was the first year he really understood Christmas and Santa to really enjoy it. It was so awesome watching how excited he got when he seen Santa Claus or we read a story about him. He believes and I hope he does for a long long time. It makes the season more magical to believe in Santa and reindeer and everything that goes with it. I have little girl who is just 1 and I can't wait to introduce her to Santa when she gets old enough.

I have 8 kids, they all have believed in Santa Claus. Now so many of them have grown up. I have explained to them about Santa. I think it is something that the kids enjoy when they are young. The older kids that know that there is no real Santa still say that there is for the sake of the younger kids.
