You can buy things from an unverified paypal account.... but, better get verified it.....

you can't transfer the virtual money to your account with a unverified Paypal account..... and thats why your brother have a verified paypal account......

yes you can stil buy but you cant recieve money, its a lot better to have a verified account though

Hi tejas1794,yes you can still buy things online at e-bay with an unverified pay pal account.The important things that it must have money in your account to buy the things you want.But i suggest you to verified your account,so there won't had any problem when buying some things.
