I love these sales. I like to stock up on things when the grocery store does these sales. I am online looking at their weekly ad right now and I am making a list for when I go shopping tomorrow. With the cost of groceries having gone up so much it is nice that they still do these sales. Does your store have 10/$10 sales still? Do you stock up when they do?

What grocery store do you go to? I do not recall 10/$10 sales. Maybe if they were items I usually purchase I would notice if my grocery store does it. That is a great sale though, one dollar an item. I will do that also, if I do not have the circular for the store, go online and see what is on sale, so that even if I do not need it at the time, I will buy it anyway because of the sale price.

I shop at Schnucks when they do the sales. I have seen Kroger's do it before too. I have a list made for tomorrow. Fresh Spinach, iceburg lettuce, baby carrots, mushrooms, 3 pound bag of onions, pears(per pound), 1 pound box of pasta, canned tomatoes, canned beans are 10/$5, yogurt is 10/$5 too. Gold Medal Flour is $1.69 for a 5 pound bag and C&H sugar is 2/$4 and all spices are half off too.

I've never seen these. We do stock up on things when the store has a good sale, though.

My favorite grocery store does those sales often. I love when they do the Steamfresh frozen veggies but we love those and there are always coupons in the newspaper for them. Most of the time I don't find the sales useful because Walmart's prices usually beat them but sometimes there will be great sales!

We have 2 local stores that do that. It is awesome. My daughter likes the instant oatmeal. When they have these sales we get the 10 boxes of her favorites. Either Apple Cinnamon or Cinnamon Roll. Hopefully they will go on sale soon. We are down to the last box.

My store has them every few weeks. I like taking advantage of these sales, also. Especially on non perishable items. My house has a nice sized pantry, so I have some good storage space.
Also, I find it an easy way to stock up on some extra items to donate to the food pantries. My church and local library have ongoing food drives, I like to donate to both a couple of times a month. With these sales, I can spend $10 and buy enough to give to both, plus another $10 for home.

There are select sales at my grocery sales. I am a huge bargain shopper and I always look at the unit price vs. the full price because that determines how cheap it is. If there is a 16 oz can of carrots for 10 cents per oz it's $1.60, but if theres an 8 oz. can that is the same price I would rather get more for my money if I know im going to use all of it.
