Miracle Noodle Diet...the next 7 days

Okay, I posted my weigh in earlier. The upcoming week will include my noodles and more protein. The noodles that taste the best are, lemon pepper and olive oil, garlic pepper and butter and cheddar and butter. Add chicken bullion to all of them if you like chicken...if not try beef bullion. I like the chicken bullion it has a lighter flavor. I eat the noodles 1 or 2x's per day (replacing 1 or 2 meals). You can eat the noodles seasoned as a main course or use as a side dish. For breakfast they would be a main course, for lunch they would be accompanied by a salad, vegetables or some protein and for dinner depending on what you've already eaten and snacked on, I'd suggest some protein (fish, chicken, beef, pork). The night will go smoother for you if you eat something with the noodles. On the sixth day I could feel my resistance going so I decided it would be a noodle free day to reward myself for sticking to my plan. I had 1 pancake and a slice of turkey ham for breakfast....One pancake for lunch, and 1 pancake for dinner. I used sugar free syrup of course. The pancake batter was half Hungry Jack pancake mix and half flax meal. This is the lazy way to make them. the flax meal makes the pancakes heavier so you eat less and cuts the carbs in half(flax meal is 0 net carbs!). This is the lazy way to do it. If you have time to make your own pancake mix you can use soy flour, oat flour, flax meal and splenda to totally minimize your carb intake. I've made them that way before. Usually on a Sunday morning for a big breakfast when I'm in a cooking mood. The exercise I will be doing this week is Wii Sport! I know...a video game for exercise?! I was surprised myself but I actually broke out a sweat. I will be doing it everyday for a week. Boxing was a very good workout, tennis was a very good workout and the fitness program was a very good workout. The fitness program even keeps track of your progress and stamina for you. I'll see how much this adds to my inches lost and then I'll try the weight/strength training (bowflex) next week. Someone also wanted me to check out a site that will give me an exercise routine. It was posted in one of the earlier posts. I will be checking that out this week also and I'll post what I was able to gather from the site.

Good on you. You are doing excellent. I am sure you will succeed. The wii is an excellent thing to loose weight with. It brings me out in a sweat, it is hard work. You keep on going. Well done.

This sounds like a really good plan. I love flax seed meal and it is so healthy for you. I put it in almost everything I bake. It is good in homemade smoothies and sprinkled over salads. At my place of employment they use the Wii games for activities. The clients love it. It gets them to move, we have not tried the fitness games, though. I hope you have a lot of success making permanent lifestyle changes to be in good health.
