Does your emotions ever manifest as physical pain?

When I get really upset, (either sad or frustrated), my emotions get so strong that I get this physical pain starting in my chest and radiating down to my groin, as well as through my arms to my hands. It's a very intense pain as if it's in the very nerves themselves.
Anyone ever experience something similar?

Well crying is best way to come out of depression and its never shameful. Tears are best doctors for releaving the pressure on mind and heart.

The mind and body are connected. Emotions are often experienced in the body. There is a kind of therapy in which you process the feelings by letting them flow through your body. Emotions can get 'stuck" in the body, and some believe that they can actually cause illness, if not allowed to be processed out.
Some people are so out of touch with their bodies that they don't even notice the physical feelings that come from emotions. It is good that you are aware of this.

I do. I get literally physically sick when I am sad, upset, or angry. I sometimes start shaking and just cannot stop. It can get pretty bad sometimes.
