I don't think that Paypal have an expiration date. I've been a member to them for a long time now and they haven't send me a expiration notice. I believed that it is a scam so don't reply to it or better yet ask the Paypal customer service for clarification.

No, I have never received an message as this one. This may be a fake email, where you may have to sign up again and give your banking account information. If I was you, I would directly contact PayPal by their telephone number or email address. And ask them if they sent you this message.. Don't respond to it. Contact PayPal about this matter before signing up another account with them. This could be a trick up someones sleeve.. Don't fall for it! It sounds fishy!

yes those are likely from attack sights, PayPal specifically has had a lot of fake emails going out in an effort to obtain user's financial information
