contact mylot....

i emailed to them asking bout my problems with the emails and they havent responded at all. maybe they are swarmed with emails but it does help if they upgrade their faqs and THEN they can ignore mails with questions that are already answered.

This is the bug from new version of mylot. if mylot not set to receive your message then message will not showing on mylot messages. this must be fixed soon, how we can ask if we can't contact. correct me if im wrong. have a nice day.

Yes. I have written to them twice in the past 24 hours because my rating is not changing when I respond to questions. I have not yet heard a single word from them. It's most irritating.

They did just before.For the rating if this the issue they said they are working on it..

I don't know why they don't respond, it's not very professional. I don't remember if I ever did contact them, I think I did once when I first started.

i think that they only respond to you if they feel like it i have wrote them a total of 12 times i think and they have only responded twice and did not solve any of the problems.

why yes i have, about 2 weeks ago and i still haven't heard from them. whats up with that! I just asked another person here and got my answer. Guess that's the best way to find something out around here!

i did, the very first day i joined. but i guess i've asked them some kinda silly question that i later found out from the guidelines, but still! it would not hurt to acknowledge my mail and politely ask me to refer to the guidelines right? at least i know they are working there, but NO! no reply at all until now

I email them few time before myLot got changed a lot and they wrote me back. I email them yesterday about my rating is not changing, they havent wrote me back yet.

I did not get a response, but they did do as I requested. My counter was stuck. I wrote yesterday. Nothing. I wrote three times today. Presto!
