What branch of Unionbank you got your EON card?

I checked the site of Unionbank to my online for EON card, unfortunately the site is upgrading and doens't accept application online. I have read in some forum that some branches of Unionbank is not familiar with EON card. I am planning to apply online and just want to make sure that the branch knows EON card. Kindly tell me which branch did you got your EON card. Thanks
