One professor who's been studing happiness and wellbeing for over 25 years, defines happiness?"i think that people think that happiness is simply acting like a clown, being giggly, being at Disneyland, having a good time, and it would include that, but it includes so much more, tight? Do you agree with his point?

Happiness is appreciating what you have. You know that you have it better than some other people on this planet. You just have to dig deep down inside. Smiling is good for the soul! :)

The porfessor's point is a good one. I do sometimes believe that people worry too much about appearing to be happy and miss the point of happiness altogether. Giggling, having a good time, being at Disneyland are all byproducts of happiness, not evidence of it.

Yes I do agree. To me happiness is being able to feel happy deep inside the heart. A person does not have to laugh to be happy. Personally I think a person who laughs and acts like a clown is the saddest person on earth. I have heard their own confession about their feelings. They are actually trying to hide their sadness with the fake happiness. That's why they laugh and act in extreme. But this situation doesn't apply to everybody. I only mean to those people who had confessed to me about their feelings.

Happiness is existed in your mind .So we needn't to ask why he or she is happiness but i am not.It is well know that the same thing between different people with different opinions. feeling about happiness, sad ect, comes from life that we have though. So,we don't think that if we want happiness we must do something worthy. I think i am happiness,And hoping everyone own happiness.
